few days ago i was so excited and all motivated to recover quick (and by recovering quick, means applying more calamine lotion, drink more herbal teas and eat more fruits) because i want to go for my 2D1N OBS trip to Ubin this thursday with my batch mates.
but i just asked my trainer, doreen just now whether i can go. she said
no. it's like my world came crashing down. (okay, exaggeration.) but
seriously. i felt like my motivation to recover quick was gone. well i
told her that my poxes are drying up/dried up and that i'm okay. but she
said the dry stage is the most contagious! but i read online and
everywhere says that when the poxes are dry, you're well!
okay. lazy to link them. :x click to read properly.
aiyaaaaaaa but it's okay. i shall remain positive. it's not as if i love camps and would LOVE to go for this stupid OBS thingy. i'm obviously not those camp kinda people. i only want to go because i can't escape from this shit and if i miss it this time, i still have to go for next month's trip. thanks to my company. and since i can't escape this shit, i would rather go with my batch mates, right? at least there are friends with me.
BUT! positive girl is positive. maybe next month there'll be eyecandies? hahaha.and actually i'm supposed to stay away from the sun. so maybe it's a good thing to give it a miss...
i should be glad i'm done and over (not exactly over though) with this chicken pox! although i would much rather get it when i'm young, when parents bathe and take care of me and i will care less about looking like a monster. imagine getting them from my kids in future?? or getting them when i'm older and it would be a much worse experience than now. or getting them when i'm preggers, which is super dangerous. hahahah okay enough.
chicken pox is really very esteem-destroying because looking in the mirror is extremely depressing, no matter how vain you are. and i am vain. i was so depressed these few days and all i do is lie on bed and sleep. and look at my photos before the pox. oh my face, my precious skin. sounds so dramatic but if you get it you'll know.
now i still have some marks (and hopefully no scars) on my face and i cannot wait for them to fade. (please, pretty please?) i guess i have to use concealer whenever i want to step out of the house till they're gone. i'm thinking of trying the garnier roll-on bb cream! at least that's supposed to heal acnes so it's good for skin or something? mm hmm. advantages of being a girl. there's make up to save you.
neo wanted to visit me and he bluffed me yesterday that he was on the way to my house and asked me to open the door. i was so so so scared because i don't want
any one to see my face!!! he made it sound so real like he was outside my door. of course i went to secretly peep through the peephole and there's no one.
turns out he was nearby and thought of coming up. phew. you wouldn't understand my feeling!!!!!! i appreciate it but no way was i going to open that door. HAHA.
cannot wait to meet estelle / neo / von / screws / fathanah and revathi / the world!
supposed to go timbre with este/fa/rev this wednesday but they postponed it for me. yay timbre!! wait for me!!!
